Pool, terrace, and simple rooms
Guests share our pool and outdoor seating — an ideal place to cool off after a busy day on the island. We have 5 room types, from a single to a family room and a small apartment. Every room has air conditioning, a fridge, Wi‑Fi, TV, a private bathroom, and a balcony or outdoor seat.
Getting here
Central on the island, easy to reach
We’re in Karterados, about fifteen minutes on foot from Fira, 3 km from the airport, and 8 km from the port. The village bakery, shops, and tavernas are a short walk — village prices, not caldera ones.
The bus stop is about three minutes from the door; buses run to Fira and the main beaches. See the KTEL timetable (schedules change by season), and we’ll show you the stop when you arrive. For transfers, a rental, or other help, see below.
